Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete a connected social account
To remove the data associated with a connected platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.):
- Open Company Command Control Center and go to Marketing > Social Media > Connect channels.
- Click the gear icon on the connected platform and choose Disconnect.
- This immediately deletes the stored access tokens and any cached posts, comments, and analytics fetched from that platform.
You can also revoke access directly from the platform: for example, in Facebook under Settings > Apps and Websites, or in Instagram under Settings > Apps and websites.
2. Delete your entire account
To permanently delete your Company Command Control Center account and all associated data, email us at nils.entreprise@gmail.com from the address registered on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
We will permanently delete all of your personal data — including OAuth tokens, posts, comments, analytics, and account information — within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.
3. What gets deleted
- OAuth access and refresh tokens for every connected platform.
- Cached posts, comments, messages, and analytics retrieved from those platforms.
- Your profile, workspace, and any content you created inside the platform.
We do not retain copies of this data after deletion, except where required by law.
